I spend a lot of time thinking about not being productive throughout the week as I don’t have the typical commitments that people who work do. It can be really hard not to compare myself to others and think that what I am doing is enough. That is why, as a mental reminder to myself and a little bit of encourgement for others, every week I am going to share a little list of things I have achieved each week or that have made me happy no matter how small, to prove to myself that I am enough and that only getting out of bed and resting sometimes is still a postive.
