Final Day – Day 15 Just over a week later than planned but, I have finally got round to writing a blog post about my final day on the pain management program.
Day 14 Thursday was our last full day, even though we finished early.
Day 13 We started our psychology session with some mindfulness, focusing on our 5 senses allowing us to ground ourselves in the moment.
Day 11 It is Monday morning and I am starting my last week on the program.
