Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing ok. I just wanted your opinion on something I have been thinking about doing for some time.
Final Day – Day 15 Just over a week later than planned but, I have finally got round to writing a blog post about my final day on the pain management program.
Day 14 Thursday was our last full day, even though we finished early.
Day 13 We started our psychology session with some mindfulness, focusing on our 5 senses allowing us to ground ourselves in the moment.
Day 12 Walking into our psychology session on Tuesday we were faced with a dart board so we knew there would be a metaphor coming.
Just a short post about spending last Saturday night at the day of the dead festival. It may seem like nothing to others but, for me it was a big achievement 🙂
Day 10 I can’t believe that it is almost the end of the second week and how much things have changed in such a short period of time.
Day 7 Our day started off with some psychology which seems to bore us all to death.
Day 6 – Week 2 I definitely have that Monday morning feeling. I had quite a bad nights sleep so motivating myself was quite difficult.
Day 5 I can’t tell you how happy i was that it was Friday. It had been an awfully long week. In 8 hours i would be travelling home to a comfortable chair, my own bed and surrounded by my family catching up on tv (who knew the little things could make such a difference)…
Day 1 on the program So this morning I was up bright and early as I had to be at my first session at 9.
So the day has come for me to start my pain management residential stay at Thomas’s hospital.
